  MODELLING AND DECISION-MAKING ON DETERIORATING PRODUCTION SYSTEMS USING STOCHASTIC DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING APPROACH

Abstract    This study aimed at presenting a method for formulating optimal production, repair and replacement policies. The system was based on the production rate of defective parts and machine repairs and then was set up to optimize maintenance activities and related costs. The machine is either repaired or replaced. The machine is changed completely in the replacement process, but the production rate of defective parts decreases in the repair process. The repair time and number of repairs will affect this process. The aim of this study is to find decision variables that minimize the final cost of repair, replacement, maintenance and prevention of failures in a given time horizon. As a case study, the variables were evaluated at Arak Pishgam Company to achieve optimal conditions. The proposed model was developed based on the semi-Markov decision process (SMDP). In addition, stochastic dynamic programming model was used to achieve optimal conditions.

چکیده   

در اين تحقیق تلاش داريم روشي را براي محاسبه سياست هاي توليد بهينه، تعمير و جايگزيني ارائه دهيم. سيستم بر اساس نرخ توليد قطعات معيوب و تعميرات ماشين هدف گذاري مي گردد و سپس به گونه اي تنظيم خواهد شد که فعاليت هاي مربوط به تعميرات و هزينه هاي آن را بهينه سازي کند. در اين زمينه ماشين يا تعمير و يا تعويض مي شود، در خصوص فرآيند تعويض، ماشين به کلي تغيير مي يابد و در فرآيند تعمير، نرخ توليد قطعات معيوب کاهش مي يابد. به همين ترتيب زمان تعمير و تعداد دفعات آن نيز تاثير گذار خواهد بود. هدف اين تحقیق يافتن متغير هاي تصميم است که هزينه نهايي متشکل از تعمير و تعويض و نگهداري و پيشگيري از خرابي و غيره را در افق زماني مورد نظر به حداقل برساند که به عنوان مطالعه موردي در شرکت قطعه سازي پيشگام اراک متغيرها مورد بررسي و ارزيابي قرار خواهد گرفت و شرايط بهينه حاصل خواهند شد. مدل پيشنهادي بر مبناي فرآيند تصميم گيري شبه مارکوف بوده و مدل برنامه ريزي پوياي احتمالي به جهت دستيابي به شرايط بهينه مورد استفاده قرار خواهد گرفت.
